AU Real Estate is set to invest ₹1200 crore in its new residential project, Cosmos Corner, located in Siddharth Vihar, Ghaziabad. The development, spread across 5.6 acres, will feature 831 units across 40 floors with a projected revenue of ₹1600 crore. Residences are priced from ₹6,900 per sq ft.

Cosmos REIT , a 100% subsidiary of the company, bought the land through auction conducted by the Uttar Pradesh Awas Vikas Parishad at a transaction value of ₹336 crore.
The project will comprise around 831 residential units across 40 floors. The development carries a projected revenue potential of ₹1600 crore upon completion.
Residences are being offered at a base price of ₹6,900 per sq ft. The development offers 3BHK apartments of 1,780 sq ft, 3BHK + multipurpose room residences spanning 1,972 sq ft and 5BHK homes spread across 3,175 sq ft.
