India’s five listed REITs distributed over ₹2,566 crore to more than 4.25 lakh unitholders in Q4 FY26. For FY26, cumulative distributions stood at over ₹8,900 crore, while the sector’s gross asset value crossed ₹2.72 lakh crore.
NEW DELHI: India’s five listed real estate investment trusts (REITs) distributed over ₹2,566 crore to more than 4.25 lakh unitholders during the quarter ended March 31, 2026, according to the Indian REITs Association.
For the full financial year 2025-26, cumulative distributions by the five REITs exceeded ₹8,900 crore.
Brookfield India Real Estate Trust , Embassy Office Parks REIT , Knowledge Realty Trust , Mindspace Business Parks REIT Nexus Select Trust As of Q4 FY26, the gross asset value of the Indian REIT market stood at over ₹2.72 lakh crore. The combined market capitalisation of listed REITs was over ₹1.70 lakh crore as of May 22, 2026.
